The drivers of KCS distinguish themselves through their education, experience, motivation and good communication skills. This is because we only employ qualified, multi-lingual professionals who are familiar with local regulations and customs.

Professionalism is a Choice

KCS performs a thorough check on every potential new driver regarding their home situation, references and work experience. They are also required to provide a valid Certificate of Good Character. After a driver has satisfied these conditions, he/she will follow an extensive introduction and training programme with a KCS driving instructor. Our drivers also receive training in customer-specific procedures and work instructions.

Your Personal Representatives

Our drivers act as your personal representatives to your customers and suppliers. This is why the KCS drivers receive on-the-job training as well as assessment on aspects such as driving style, fuel usage, personal behaviour, absenteeism, personal hygiene and development, equipment handling, health and safety, and employee relationships.
